Joanie has been a practicing nurse-midwife or over 25 years. Originally from Ohio, she earned a BA in Psychology with a minor in French from Oberlin College. Outside of work, she enjoys exercising, reading, singing in her local choir, attempting to grow vegetables, and plotting a musical theater project.
