The County Ob/Gyn Help Desk can be reached at help@countyob.com. Our office staff help desk is happy to help you with appointments, routine questions, refills, minor problems or general health questions! We will respond to your email as soon as possible but note that the help desk is not staffed outside of normal business hours, 9am to 3pm, Monday through Friday.

Note: the HELP DESK is not appropriate for emergencies! If you are in labor or having a medical emergency, please call the office, and you will reach our office staff or on-call provider. The help desk is not equipped to handle emergency questions.

If you call us outside of our normal office hours, we have a doctor on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The on-call doctor will be able to assess your emergency and may invite you in to the hospital to be evaluated and/or treated.
