Michelle Plyler, MSN, CNM
Michelle joined County Ob/Gyn in 2013 and has been a practicing nurse-midwife in Connecticut for over 20 years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Wofford College and graduated from the University of South Carolina College of Nursing in 1993. She went on to receive her Master's Degree in Nurse Midwifery from Yale University School of Nursing in 1997.
Michelle provides full scope midwifery care, treating obstetric and gynecologic patients from adolescence through menopause. She has a particular interest in adolescent care and is passionate about supporting patients through all stages of life with compassionate, evidence-based care.
She lives in Hamden with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, Michelle enjoys cake decorating, reading, and attending Broadway shows.
