Craig Sauer, M.D.

Dr. Sauer, a New York native, received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at Binghamton University. After that he attended the American University of the Caribbean where he earned his medical degree. Finally, in 2014 he moved to Connecticut and completed his residency at Bridgeport Hospital – Yale New Haven Health.

Currently, Dr. Sauer is an attending physician at Yale New Haven Hospital. He has an interest in minimally invasive surgery including robotics, contraception, and high risk obstetrics. He is eager to work with medical students and residents as he enjoys teaching.

Outside of medicine Dr. Sauer enjoys traveling, music, exercising, and spending time with his family and friends. He has visited 20 countries, and completed six half marathons and one marathon.
